Emotional Inhibition

  1. People see me as uptight emotionally.
  2. I find it difficult to really know what I am feeling.
  3. I find it embarrassing to express my feelings.
  4. I'm not very comfortable receiving or giving affection.
  5. Sometimes I feel that I will be overwhelmed by emotion if I let it out.
  6. I am afraid that if I let my anger out, I might lose control completely.
  7. I have a lot of anger and resentment inside me.
  8. I feel uncomfortable when other people talk about their feelings or become emotional.
  9. I find it hard to be warm and spontaneous.
  10. I find it difficult to know what other people are feeling.
